With the women who code Delhi mentorship program, I had the opportunity of being guided by a mentor who would help me as I work towards achieving my goals.
The week started with a WWCD call. She explained what the program was , it’s goals and how it will work. She also told us about the code of conduct and was open to any doubts we may have.
My mentor was assigned.
My mentor is Riddhi Gupta. For the first week we were supposed to have a group call but somehow I missed it but my mentor was generous enough to schedule a one to one call with me the next day. We did the call and she was extremely nice in person. She is one of the 74 WTM scholars and an incoming intern at Google.
We began talking about what I expect and how this mentorship program could help me and upon talking she asked me what I did want to improve myself since the program is highly unique and personal. This was something I liked because of the efforts they put into helping each individual and realising that everyone is different and have different goals.

I told her I wanted to get better with DSA and she was quick enough to refer me some Abdul Bari's YouTube channel and also gave me a task to attempt 20 graph questions from GFG ( introduction to dfs and bfs). Since I am weak at graphs and this was the perfect opportunity to work on them !.

I am thankful for WWCD and Riddhi Gupta for being understanding, focused and helpful. Looking forward to more tasks this coming week!
